Food was good and housekeeping was great!

Pool was crowded and no hot tub

Rooftop pool views were amazing. Found dirty towels in the room.

We had a room with city views. Excellent service from the front staff. Nearby sunset trocadero lounge - great place to chill out.

Cosy base for discovering Los Angeles with amicable staff on basic services. Great and lovely position on Hollywood boulevard. Based close to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and all the Hollywood attractions, the shopping area and good cafes.

The suite had a panoramic view of the entire city, was large and comfortable for the 5. Free drinks all day at the reception and in the frigobar of the room. A cool hotel well located in West Hollywood. Many restaurants close by by the swamp boulevard, melrose and sunset boulevard. Ideal for people up to 40 years old. For the more mature it is better to stay in Beverly Hills.

heating never worked, we were a little cold at night. One day they didn't make our room because we had left the privacy sign on the door and this was not the case, when we complained at reception they immediately solved it. We felt comfortable. parking lot is expensive 44 dollars a night but the service was efficient and fast, laundry service that removed a stain from a white diver.

Had a suite, and we loved it.

Elegant and minimalist rooms, typical of the Hyatt chain. We booked a room with a view of the Sunset Strip and for long waits we were given one on the 11th floor, practically on top. The rooftop is spectacular and I think it's the highest in all of LA. Minibar included and good quality breakfast.

When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon we had to wait 1 1/2 hours, because our room was not ready. Finally they gave us a room, as a reward, on the highest floors. The next day we left the room around 11 am, and I know for sure that we did not put any sign on the door not to disturb. When we returned at night our room was not cleaned. We were told that the cleaner probably wanted to come by when we were in the room in the morning. In a hotel of this category I hope they will try at least one more time during the day. After calling they came to bring us towels. When checking out they charged us for breakfast on the first day, despite having it included and having talked to the waitress on the first day. Again, after warning we were removed from the charge. General information: The room was very cold even when the air was turned off. It could be regulated only up to a certain temperature. Broken hairdryer in the bathroom. The pool area does not offer too many places for all the guests. At certain hours there is no lounger or chair left. Conclusion: the views are spectacular, but as for the service and what happened I have to say that we have been in other better Hyatt.

Nice place with its free snacks, a rooftop pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a local taxi. I can't wait to return for a romantic escape.

We really enjoyed the spacious room that offered fine views of Hollywood Hills. The pool area was fantastic, with delicious drinks and pretty friendly staff.

In my children's opinion, the breakfast organization could be improved.
